Within 14 days after delivery, you can return or exchange your Bhorbed if it hasn't been opened and is still in its vacuum seal. Get in touch with us at online@bhorbed.com to start a return. The buyer is liable for the cost of return shipping. The processing of refunds could take up to ten business days.

We are unable to accept returns once the vacuum seal has been opened for hygienic reasons. Please keep the bed sealed and contact us if you have any questions about the size.
